The Open Joint Stock Company “Uralelectrotyazhmash” (OJSC “UETM”), Yekaterinburg, Russia, appointed the Joint Venture “IPC “YAROVIT” to act as exclusive representatives of OJSC “Uralelectrotyazhmash” in the Republic of Belarus, authorized to deal as follows:

• represent the interests of OJSC “UETM” on the territory of the Republic of Belarus;
• search for potential buyers of transformer and reactor equipment manufactured by OJSC “UETM”, conduct negotiations with potential buyers on deliveries of the said equipment, coordinate the sale quantities, prices, conditions and delivery terms;
• supervise observance of conditions of the sale (delivery) contracts signed by OJSC “UETM” with the customers introduced, until full execution of the contract commitments assumed by the parties;

promote such equipment on the commodity market of the Republic of Belarus.
