New domestic producer of YAROVIT trucks the company YAROVIT Motors for the first time takes part in COMTRANS Exhibition
The official inauguration of the works took place on February 17 in the northern capital, attended by the Governor of Saint Petersburg V.I.Matviyenko.

To date, the works embraces the production sections of machining, assemblage of frames and cabs, preparation for painting, sub-assembling of engines and axles, general vehicle assemblage, a checkup and debugging section and a painting-drying chamber. There is a modern warehouse equipped with racks.

Currently, vehicle assemblage is based on building-berth method. Eventually, once the production volume is increased, assembling will be organized using the free-moving conveyor principle whereby parts move freely between work stations on bogies. The assembling pattern and sequence provide for asynchronous operations at the workstations which means that two or more operations can be combined at a given work station.

The production program of year2005 envisages putting out 250 vehicles of the GLOROS family, in the following modifications:

General-purpose dump trucks designed for hauling bulk cargos for the construction industries. The trucks can also be employed in quarries of ore mines:
 

GLOROS 4350 ( A5401 D )— 8õ6 wheel formula;

GLOROS 4250 ( A5301 D )— 8õ4 wheel formula;

GLOROS 3341 ( A3201 D )— 6õ6 wheel formula.

  • Special-purpose dump trucks with enlarged base and built-up body sides, designed for carrying low specific weight cargos:

Coal dump truck GLOROS 4350 ( A5401 D, A5402 D )— 8õ6 wheel formula;

Coal dump truck GLOROS 4250 ( A5301 D )— 8õ4 wheel formula.
 

Detachable sections for built-up body sides are envisaged. When necessary, they are easily removed and the dump truck can be used to haul normal specific weight cargos.

  • Special-purpose dump trucks with enlarged base and built-up body sides, designed to haul various agricultural cargos as part of a truck-train:

  • Trucks for the construction branch:

Concrete mixer truck GLOROS 4244 (A4301W)—8õ4 wheel formula;

Bolster truck GLOROS 3341 (À3201Ò)—6õ6 wheel formula;

Bolster truck GLOROS 4450 (À5501Ò)—8õ8 wheel formula.

This year YAROVIT MOTORS plans to take part in the exhibitions: “Coal of Russia and Mining” — 12th International Exhibition of Mining Technologies (Novokuznetsk), Motor Show— 9th Moscow International Motor Vehicle Exhibition (Moscow) and “Mining World Central Asia”— 11th International Exhibition of Mining and Metallurgical Industries (Almaty, Kazakhstan).
