Early in the morning of September 17 the truck arrived in the town of Portz near Cologne. On completion of the official functions that were held on September 18-19, specialists of the company DEUTZ started to prepare the vehicle for testing. After loading the dead weight and fixing a number of sensors, the truck was sent out to the mountains (a large gradient with the truck fully loaded was required for the tests). The truck trials showed good results, the engineers found no faults with installation of the engine, the power train was found to be mounted in full compliance with requirements of the company DEUTZ.

 

The partners attending the 140^th anniversary of DEUTZ, as well as top managers of the motor plant celebrating the event, displayed vivid interest in the Russian YAROVIT. The company President Mr. Gordon Frieske personally expressed his thanks to representatives of the CJSC “YAROVIT Motors” for their presence at the jubilee and submitting their truck for testing. He also expressed the hope for long-term and fruitful cooperation between Russia’s new truck producer and factories of the company DEUTZ.
