4^th Stage of the Cup of the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus shall take place on September 26-28 on a temporary track in the town of Zhodino (8^th Micro-District) and shall be organized in conformity with the competition Rules, the Classification and Technical Requirements (C&TR) and the Cup Regulations approved by the Belarusian Automobile Federation and the National Olympic Committee of the Republic of Belarus.

The organizers of this stage are the City Executive Committee of Zhodino and the Cross-Country Competitions Committee of the BAF.

Like the previous stages, the Zhodino competition shall include two disciplines: the trials and the speed race.
