An original dual circuit steering system is used in GLOROS trucks, ensuring uninterrupted control of the chassis even when certain elements of the steering go out of order (pumps, valves, etc.), or in cases of decompression of one of the system’s hydraulic circuits, the engine choking during movement, or when the truck is towed on the road with its engine killed.

 

The high reliability and efficiency of the steering system is achieved owing to backup of the system’s component (pumps, cylinders, valves) and isolating one of the hydraulic circuits of the system from the other.

Dual circuit steering gears by ZF Lenksysteme are used in the steering system.
