The periodicity, dates and scope of maintenance routines are regulated by the manufacturing factory reference documentation and operating manuals.

The equipment maintenance during the warranty period is performed subject to requirements of the operating manuals in the following way:

The price and payment terms for Maintenance-1 and Maintenance-2 are agreed on in a relevant warranty servicing contract. Payment is effected according to the Invoice served by the factory. Applications for maintenance following 5,000-km runs, Maintenance-1 and Maintenance-2 shall be forwarded by the Consumer to the service station at least five days prior to the forthcoming maintenance date. The dates of performing maintenance following 5,000-km runs, Maintenance-1 and Maintenance-2 are coordinated between the service station and the customer. A 5,000-km run maintenance job, Maintenance-1 or Maintenance-2 may be performed by the customer’s own resources only subject to prior agreement with the factory. In case of the customer performing Maintenance-1 or Maintenance-2 by own resources without prior agreement with the factory, the factory shall rescind all responsibility subject to the warranty.

The travel and other expenses incurred resultant from the service station employees traveling to the equipment operation location for maintenance, are borne by the service station.
