YAROVIT Holding continues its production and development business in the city of Saint Petersburg. In direct proximity to the “Yarovit Motors” assembly factory , the company bought an unfinished building which will be reconstructed to serve as a multifunctional business-centre. The facility is located in the Kalininsky District of Saint Petersburg at the crossing of Feodossiyskaya and Zhukov Streets, not far from Sverdlovskaya Quya. The edifice central façade runs along Feodossiyskaya Street.
Design
The design is performed by the company “Tradition” Architectural Office Ltd.” of Saint Petersburg. At present, the “Project” stage has been completed and all required pre-project approvals have been received.

Within an open tender, the JSC “StroyComplex XXIst Century” has been selected as the general contractor for the reconstruction of the unfinished building into a business centre.
