Elite village constructionAn elite settlement has been built in a convenient and marvellous place within the city limits of Minsk.
 Ten comfortable one-Level cottages with attics. Each features a total floor space of 300-500 sq.m and a 14-“sotkas” (“sotka”: Russian square measure of 10x10 meters) land plot. The total development area is over two hectares of land. The facility has been designed by the Unitary Enterprise “GlobalStroy”. The construction company SU-34 (being a subsidiary of JSC “StroyTrest No7”) acts as the general contractor.
 The settlement territory is fenced all around and has a security checkpoint. There is a circle road to the cottages. The road is asphalted, and approaches to the houses are tiled. Landscaping of the settlement has been completed, including the greenery (lawns, bushes, trees, etc.) and the place is well-illuminated. The cottages are built in accordance with modern architectural norms and rules. All the houses are in one style which ensures the visual unity of the settlement. The houses are low-rise: one floor with an attic. The utilities meet the requirements of present-day norms and standards which makes the life in the cottages comfortable and fully self-sufficient.Take a look at the Photo gallery
